Three of the vessels are firm orders with a total contract value of about 1.575 billion yuan, while one is an optional vessel valued at around 525 million yuan, with the shipowner having the right to decide within two months of signing whether to build the optional vessel at the agreed price. The vessels are 211,000 deadweight ton bulk carriers, and the three firm vessels will be delivered in batches from 2029 to 2030. The company stated that this contract marks recognition of its shipbuilding capabilities by a leading international shipowner and is expected to have a positive impact on future operating performance.
