Net assets attributable to the parent were 10.286 billion yuan, up 0.1% from the end of the previous year. The company said its traditional real estate business is operating steadily, focusing on core regions and setting inventory reduction and cash flow protection as core goals. At the same time, the company is advancing strategic transformation and building a new business system centered on future communications and an integrated space-air-ground industrial ecosystem. During the reporting period, it completed a strategic investment in a 20.45% stake in Baicells for a total of 724 million yuan. However, the project has not been included in the scope of consolidated financial statements and has no material impact on the company's financial position or operating results for the time being. The computing power services business is still in its early stages and has a relatively small impact on overall revenue and profit.
