Dassault Systemes SEsolid Q2 results, confirmed full-year targets, and accretive acquisition

Dassault Systèmes reported second-quarter 2026 results in line with its objectives and confirmed its full-year non-IFRS financial targets, while also announcing the acquisition of ArisGlobal to expand its Life Sciences business. Total revenue rose 4 percent in constant currencies to 1.56 billion euros, driven by an 8 percent increase in subscription revenue and 14 percent growth in both 3DEXPERIENCE software revenue and cloud software revenue. Non-IFRS operating margin reached 30.0 percent, and non-IFRS diluted earnings per share grew 8 percent in constant currencies to 0.31 euros. The company said the ArisGlobal deal will create a unified AI intelligence platform connecting molecule, patient and real-world outcomes, and is expected to be accretive to both revenue growth and earnings per share in the first year after closing. Dassault Systèmes also highlighted that its Annual Run Rate grew 6 percent year-over-year to 4.44 billion euros on a constant currency basis, reflecting the continued strengthening of its subscription-based business model.
