Dassault Systemes SESBTi-validated net-zero target and strong sustainability credentials enhance regulatory compliance and reputation

Dassault Systèmes has set a new net-zero science-based emissions reduction target for 2050, validated by the Science Based Targets initiative. The company commits to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across the value chain by 2050, with near-term targets including a 65.0% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 2035 from a 2024 base year, and a 66.33% reduction per euro value added in Scope 3 GHG emissions and use of sold products emissions within the same timeframe. This follows the early achievement of its previous 2027 SBTi targets, where operational emissions fell 35% and business travel and commuting emissions dropped 20% by 2025. The company also secured ISO 50001 certification for sites covering 91.4% of its workforce and increased renewable electricity to 93.9% in 2025. Dassault Systèmes ranks first in its sector in the Financial Times' 2026 list of Europe's Climate Leaders and holds top sustainability ratings from Ecovadis and MSCI.
