DBV Technologies S.A.DBV Technologies files ATM prospectus for up to $150M ADS sales, which provides financing but dilutes existing shareholders.

DBV Technologies has filed a new shelf registration statement with the SEC that includes a prospectus supplement refreshing its at-the-market offering program for up to $150 million of American Depositary Shares. The ATM program was established under a sales agreement dated September 5, 2025, with Citizens JMP Securities acting as sales agent, and the new filing carries forward unsold capacity together with additional newly registered capacity so that $150 million remains available for issuance. Each ADS represents five ordinary shares of the company. DBV Technologies intends to use any net proceeds primarily for manufacturing expansion, launch preparation of Viaskin Peanut in ages 4 through 7 if approved, development of product candidates, and working capital and general corporate purposes.
