Dali Delinhai Environmental Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary of Delinhai, has filed a civil lawsuit with the Eryuan County People's Court over overdue project payments for the Eryuan West Lake cyanobacteria bloom prevention and control project. It is requesting that Eryuan County Erhai Protection Investment Development and Operation Company and the Eryuan Branch of the Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture Ecology and Environment Bureau jointly pay the principal project sum of 18.9 million yuan, and is asserting a priority right to compensation. As of December 31, 2025, cumulative settlement revenue for the relevant project was 49.61 million yuan, with the defendants still owing 18.9 million yuan. Delinhai achieved operating revenue of 574 million yuan in 2025, and the amount involved in this lawsuit accounts for about 3.3 percent of last year's revenue. The company stated that the case has not yet been heard, and the impact on profits will be subject to audit confirmation.
