Delivery Hero SEDelivery Hero appoints an experienced private equity and M&A executive to its Supervisory Board and Audit/Strategy Committees.

Delivery Hero has appointed John Woyton to its Supervisory Board, effective September 9, 2026, with his term running until the end of the Annual General Meeting 2027. Woyton joins as an independent board member succeeding Scott Ferguson, who stepped down to focus on other commitments, and he takes over all positions previously held by Ferguson, including seats on the Audit and Strategy Committees. Woyton brings over two decades of private equity and M&A experience across technology, media, and telecommunications, having begun his career as an investment banking analyst before moving to The Carlyle Group, then spending nearly 12 years at Advent International as leader of the TMT sector team and Partner. He served as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and Managing Director at H.I.G. Capital from 2021 to 2024, and in 2025 co-founded Covalent Equity Partners, a technology-focused private equity firm. Kristin Skogen Lund, Chair of the Supervisory Board, said Woyton's experience investing in and supporting technology businesses through periods of transformation will bring valuable perspective as Delivery Hero enters its next chapter, and thanked Scott Ferguson for his contribution over the last two years.
