UOB Kay Hian (Thailand) stated that the electronics group faced pressure in Q2 2026, especially DELTA and KCE, but expects profits to recover in the second half. The combined net profit of DELTA, KCE, and HANA was 6.67 billion baht, up 37.8% year-on-year but down 29.1% quarter-on-quarter. Total sales were 74.13 billion baht, up 40% year-on-year and 7% quarter-on-quarter. DELTA accounted for 88% of sales and 91% of profits of the group, but its performance was 30% below expectations due to raw material shortages. The research department upgraded DELTA to "Buy" with a target price of 300 baht, expecting second-half profit to increase 15% from the first half to 17.3 billion baht. For KCE, it maintained a "Buy" rating and raised the target price to 65 baht, expecting second-half profit to grow 112% due to higher PCB prices. For HANA, it maintained a "Buy" rating with a target price of 54 baht, expecting core second-half profit of 300-320 million baht per quarter, supported by AI projects that will begin commercial production in Q3 2026.
