Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company LimitedNet profit rose 31% and sales grew 46.5% year-on-year, beating expectations.

Delta Electronics Thailand, or DELTA, reported second-quarter 2026 net profit of 6.075 billion baht, up 31.3% from the same period last year. Sales of goods and services in the quarter reached 65.191 billion baht, growing 46.5% year-on-year and improving 6.2% from the previous quarter. The main product groups in the power electronics and IT infrastructure solutions business continued to show strong expansion momentum, supported by demand related to artificial intelligence technology, a structural factor driven by widespread AI adoption that is generating massive investment in data center infrastructure for high-performance computing. This has resulted in large order volumes for power systems, cooling systems, data center energy management, as well as networking and IT infrastructure solutions. Meanwhile, the electric vehicle energy segment still faces volatile global demand, keeping sales soft. For the first six months of 2026, net profit stood at 15.15577 billion baht, an increase of 49.80%. The company accelerated production capacity expansion and opened two new factory buildings at the Bangpoo Industrial Estate this quarter to support the upward revenue trend, while maintaining a positive business outlook based on prudence to ensure operational stability amid macro factors pressuring the technology industry supply chain, including global economic trends that require monitoring geopolitical risks, inflation, and energy prices.
