Dentsply Sirona IncQ2 revenue declined 4.1% and EPS flat, with guidance maintained but excluding tariff refunds and incremental tariffs.

Dentsply Sirona reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $898 million, a 4.1% reported decline or 6.3% on a constant currency basis, while adjusted EPS was flat year over year at $0.52 including a $0.17 per share positive impact from tariff refunds. The company recorded a $44 million tariff refund in the quarter, which it used partially to fund opportunistic share repurchases of 1.3 million shares for approximately $12 million at an average price below $10 per share. Operating cash flow rose to $99 million from $48 million in the prior year quarter, driven by the tariff refund and improved management of accounts payable and inventory. Full-year revenue guidance of $3.5 billion to $3.6 billion and adjusted EPS guidance of $1.40 to $1.50 were maintained, excluding the benefit from tariff refunds and the impact of incremental tariffs. Management expects third quarter revenue to decline sequentially due to seasonality and earnings to be below second quarter levels excluding the tariff refund, with improvement weighted toward the fourth quarter.
