Design Hotels has announced its largest single portfolio addition to date, entering agreements to bring 16 Palisociety-operated hotels across nine U.S. destinations into its global collection. The properties, representing over 1,000 keys, include locations such as Palihouse West Hollywood, Palihotel San Francisco, and ARRIVE Albuquerque, and are expected to join the portfolio in the coming months. The deal aligns two design-led hospitality brands and will give the hotels access to Design Hotels' services and Marriott's distribution channels, with all properties set to join the Marriott Bonvoy travel platform. Design Hotels, part of Marriott International, now comprises more than 300 independently owned hotels and is on track to surpass 100 hotels across the Americas this year.
