DexCom, Inc. announced the appointment of Glenn Boehnlein to its Board of Directors, effective September 10, 2026. Boehnlein is a healthcare executive and finance leader with more than 20 years of experience in the medical technology industry, most recently serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Stryker Corporation from 2016 to 2025 and then as an advisor to Stryker's Chief Executive Officer from 2025 to 2026. President and CEO Jake Leach said the company launched a search earlier this summer for a new independent director with deep MedTech experience and a proven track record of global scale, calling Boehnlein a perfect fit as Dexcom executes against its newly announced long-range plan. Boehnlein currently serves on the boards of Inogen, Inc., where he chairs the Audit Committee, Agilent Technologies, Inc., and Sutter Health. He received bachelor's and master's degrees in professional accountancy from Mississippi State University.
