Deutsche Post AGDHL Express launched Domestic Select parcel service targeting Nigeria's growing e-commerce and domestic trade flows, expanding its own service offering

DHL Express has introduced Domestic Select, a lower cost, less time sensitive parcel service aimed at Nigeria's growing e commerce and domestic trade flows. DHL shares trade at €55.8 after a very small 1 day share price decline, with a roughly 19% year to date share price return and a 1 year total shareholder return of about 53%. The stock sits slightly above a widely followed fair value estimate of about €54.73, framing the current rally as fairly full rather than obviously cheap, while the SWS DCF model puts the stock at €55.8 about 33% below an estimated future cash flow value of €82.78. The DHL story can break if Express volumes remain under pressure from de minimis rule changes or if global trade softness continues to weigh on shipment demand.
