First-half revenue and net profit declined, though full-year guidance was reaffirmed.

DiaSorin reported lower revenue and net profit for the first half of 2026. Net revenue declined to EUR 602 million from EUR 619 million in the same period last year, while net profit fell to EUR 84 million from EUR 99 million. The company said higher operating expenses and weaker profitability offset growth in the second quarter, when net revenue rose to EUR 315 million from EUR 306 million and net profit was broadly unchanged at EUR 46 million. DiaSorin reaffirmed its full-year 2026 guidance, expecting revenue growth of about 5 percent to 6 percent and an adjusted EBITDA margin of around 32 percent to 33 percent.
