Dizal Pharmaceutical announced that results from a Phase II clinical study of its independently developed, first-in-class, non-covalent LYN/BTK dual-target inhibitor birecitinib, which can fully penetrate the blood-brain barrier, as a monotherapy for relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma have been published in the Hematological Oncology Journal. The study showed that at 50 mg and 75 mg doses, birecitinib demonstrated broad-spectrum antitumor activity across different molecular subtypes, with an overall objective response rate of 47.6% and a complete response rate of 31.0%. The objective response rates for patients with GCB and non-GCB subtypes were 58.3% and 44.8%, respectively. The objective response rates for patients with MCD-like, TP53-mutant, and NOS subtypes were all 50%.
