Ornament gold is selling at 69,500.00 baht per baht-weight and buying at 67,128.48 baht per baht-weight, while gold bars are selling at 68,700.00 baht per baht-weight and buying at 68,500.00 baht per baht-weight. Gold Spot stood at 4,415.00 dollars per ounce. CNBC reported that spot gold rose 1.5% to 4,418.71 dollars per ounce, and U.S. gold futures for December delivery rose 0.6% to 4,464.30 dollars per ounce, with the dollar trading near a two-week low as investors await producer price index data due Thursday and consumer inflation figures due Friday. According to the CME FedWatch Tool, the market sees roughly a 60% chance that the U.S. central bank will raise interest rates at next week's policy meeting.
