Beijing Orient Landscape Co LtdCompany expects net profit to swing to black and revenue to double due to asset acquisition consolidation.

Dongfang New Energy has issued a performance forecast, estimating that net profit attributable to the parent company for the first half of 2026 will be between 2.5 million and 3.7 million yuan, compared with a loss of 1.4351 million yuan in the same period last year, achieving a turnaround from loss to profit. The company expects to achieve revenue of 140 million to 160 million yuan, compared with 69.2183 million yuan in the same period last year, doubling its revenue. The improvement in performance is mainly due to the inclusion of assets from a major asset purchase into the consolidated financial statements. The company, through a partnership, paid in cash to acquire a 100 percent stake in Haicheng Ruihai and an 80 percent stake in Diantou Ruixiang. The consolidation of these two companies has driven a substantial increase in operating revenue, and the target companies' own profitability also constitutes an important source of profit for the period. In the second half of the year, the company will use its new energy power generation business as a stable cash flow core, promote the independent development of its energy storage business, and extend the industrial chain of its engineering and ecological businesses. Dongfang New Energy, formerly known as Dongfang Landscape, has strategically deployed into the new energy business through a major asset restructuring, implementing a dual main business model of investing, constructing, and operating new energy power stations such as wind, solar, and storage, alongside its ecological operations.
