Dongjiang Environmental subsidiary Guangdong Elephant Logistics Technology Co. has won the Guangdong Dongguan lot of the 2026-2027 Zhongnan Co. finished steel products direct trucking distribution project 2, with a winning bid amount of about 18.49 million yuan. The project is part of a previously approved connected transaction, with Elephant Logistics participating in the bidding within a 30 million yuan quota, already approved by the board of directors and the independent directors' special meeting. The contract is valid from 9 July 2026 to 30 June 2027, covering transport of bar and wire products, industrial wire rod, plates, special steel products, and billets, with settlement based on actual shipment volumes. The company also disclosed that Elephant Logistics did not win the bid for the 2026-2027 Zhongnan Co. finished steel products direct trucking distribution project it previously participated in.
