Dosilicon Co Ltdexpects niche memory chip prices to rise through the year due to supply contraction and demand recovery

Dosilicon stated in its investor relations record released on July 3 that in the second quarter, benefiting from overseas original manufacturers exiting the niche memory market, supply contracted while downstream demand continued to recover, leading to an upward trend in niche memory product prices. The company expects that the market price of niche memory chips will maintain an upward trend in the second half of the year, and noted that wafer foundry capacity remains tight, with overall foundry prices rising. Dosilicon adopts a fabless model and is orderly increasing production and inventory buildup for its major memory product lines. It also disclosed that the first self-developed GPU chip professional card from its invested company, Lisuan Technology, has begun delivery, and consumer-grade graphics cards are now publicly available for sale. The company's stock price closed at 178.8 yuan on July 3, up 1.53 percent, after hitting a nearly one-year high during the session.
