Douglas Dynamics IncRecord Q2 and strong preseason demand in Attachments drive raised guidance.

Douglas Dynamics raised its full-year 2026 guidance after reporting record second-quarter results driven by strong preseason demand in its Attachments segment. The company now expects net sales between $765 million and $805 million, adjusted EBITDA from $120 million to $135 million, and adjusted earnings per share in the range of $2.90 to $3.40. President and CEO Mark Van Genderen said both segments performed well, with Attachments exceeding expectations due to solid retail sales and lower field inventory, while the Solutions segment continued to benefit from municipal strength. CFO Sarah Lauber noted that the guidance raise reflects the strength of preseason orders at Attachments and a shift to a roughly 50-50 shipment split between the second and third quarters, compared with a 60-40 split in the prior year. The company also highlighted that its new Missouri facility is now operational and that it remains cautious about fourth-quarter snowfall sensitivity and softness in certain commercial markets.
