Between August 31 and September 4, 2026, the company repurchased 275,000 shares at an average price of €94.52 per share, totaling €26.0 million. To date, the company has repurchased 6,017,212 shares at an average price of €71.69, for a total consideration of €431.4 million. The €40 million buyback for compensation plans was completed on March 23, 2026, and the €500 million capital reduction program is expected to conclude by the end of Q3 2026.
