Microsoft CorporationMicrosoft Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 agents gain D&B's verified business data integrations, enhancing its AI agent offerings.

Dun & Bradstreet announced new Model Context Protocol integrations with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales agents, letting organizations build and deploy AI agents grounded in business identity, relationships, and risk data. Clients can use the D&B Commercial Graph to customize agentic workflows across finance and credit, compliance, sales and marketing, and enterprise master data management use cases in Microsoft Copilot Studio. The integration also lets users enrich Microsoft's prebuilt Dynamics 365 Sales agents, including the Sales Qualification Agent and Sales Opportunity Agent, with D&B's continually verified business context, so agents can research accounts, qualify leads, assess opportunity health, identify risk signals, and prioritize seller actions. Anchored by the D-U-N-S Number business identifier, the D&B Commercial Graph provides a verified identity layer that helps agents operate from the same commercial foundation across systems and workflows, with custom or Microsoft-built Copilot agents able to access it in near real-time. Elizabeth Barrette, General Manager for Master Data Management Solutions at Dun & Bradstreet, said the quality of data informing AI agents becomes increasingly important as organizations deploy more of them, and that the D&B Commercial Graph provides a consistent foundation of verified business identity, relationships and risk data.
