The mass cosmetics company is benefiting from renewed market confidence as it laps last year's negative tariff impact and continues to demonstrate strength. Sales increased 35% year over year in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31, with gross margin expanding to 73% despite some ongoing tariff effects. The company recently acquired Hailey Bieber's luxury cosmetics brand Rhode, which has already generated $113 million for e.l.f. and was Sephora's largest-ever launch in the U.K. e.l.f. also announced a new hair care line, with 77% of its users expressing interest and 96% positive social media sentiment on piloted products.
