Edible Garden AG Incorporated and Square Roots have announced a strategic product development partnership to create a new generation of clean-label, functional ready-to-drink beverages. The collaboration combines Square Roots' expertise in plant science and precision agriculture with Edible Garden's proprietary Farm-to-Formula platform and Tetra Pak aseptic manufacturing capabilities. Initial product concepts will target cognitive wellness, metabolic health, healthy aging, GLP-1 support, and performance nutrition. Future commercialization is expected to be supported by Edible Garden's Prairie Hills facility in Webster City, Iowa. The partnership also includes guidance from Charles E. Sizer, Ph.D., an advisor to Edible Garden and former Tetra Pak food scientist.
