The 9,676m² building is described as the first hospital in France to comply with RE2020 regulations, with works due to begin at the end of the first quarter of 2027 and completion planned for late 2028. These awards follow contracts announced earlier in the week for two waste-to-energy plants in Limoges and Grenoble, worth €393m in total, with an Eiffage share of close to €162m.
