Elanco Animal Health reported second-quarter results that exceeded analyst expectations and raised its full-year 2026 outlook. Non-GAAP earnings per share came in at 34 cents, beating estimates by 7 cents, while revenue rose 10.5 percent year-over-year to 1.37 billion dollars, surpassing consensus by 60 million dollars. Adjusted EBITDA reached 288 million dollars with a margin of 21.2 percent. For the full year, the company lifted its innovation revenue target to 1.25 billion dollars and now expects total revenue between 5.09 billion and 5.14 billion dollars, representing 6 to 7 percent organic constant currency growth, up from the prior range of 5.01 billion to 5.085 billion dollars and above the 5.05 billion dollar consensus. Adjusted EBITDA is forecast at 1.01 billion to 1.035 billion dollars, a 13 percent year-over-year increase at the midpoint, while adjusted earnings per share are seen at 1.10 to 1.16 dollars, a 20 percent rise at the midpoint, compared with the earlier guidance of 1.03 to 1.09 dollars and the 1.07 dollar consensus. The company also improved its year-end net leverage ratio target to approximately 3.0 times adjusted EBITDA.
