Time magazine and Statista have named Elisa to their list of the world's 100 most sustainable companies for the third year in a row. The ranking, which evaluates 5,800 companies from 43 countries and 20 industries, placed Elisa 61st overall and second among three Finnish firms on the top 100 list, behind Nokia. Companies are assessed on more than 20 indicators including sustainable business practices, commitments, and transparency in reporting. CEO Topi Manner highlighted Elisa's efforts in combating cyber threats, advancing digital skills, improving power grid reliability, accelerating device recycling, and targeting net zero by 2040, while its Elisa Industriq software business helps customers cut energy use and waste.
