Elmos Semiconductor SEElmos secures long-term 130nm wafer capacity through 2037, ensuring supply reliability for its products

Elmos Semiconductor SE and its South Korean foundry partner SK keyfoundry have signed an agreement to expand their collaboration on 130nm technology, securing long-term wafer capacity and planning certainty through 2037. The two companies, which have worked together on 350nm technology for 18 years, will now leverage SK keyfoundry's 130nm platform, which features deep-trench isolation for highly integrated high-voltage designs. Elmos' first product on this platform is the smart 4-channel eFuse controller E550.01, with samples available and serial production slated for 2027. Additionally, the partners plan to launch an innovative eFlash memory cell in 2027. Executives from both firms hailed the agreement as a foundation for future growth and supply reliability.
