EMEIS SAGovernance overhaul with new senior appointments signals strategic focus on growth and care quality under 'emeis 2030' project

emeis has announced a series of senior appointments to its Executive Committee, effective from September and October 2026. Jean-Marc Boursier, currently Deputy CEO, has been named Chief Operating Officer and will oversee operations across all countries, with all country CEOs reporting to him; he will also serve as CEO for France. Sylvie Brisson will join as Group EVP of Human Resources from 1 October, replacing Fanny Barbier, who will stay until year-end to support the transition. Maria de la Mota has been appointed Group EVP, Medical, and Julia Clavel becomes Group Chief Financial Officer, both from 1 September. The changes are part of CEO Laurent Guillot's effort to support growth and improve care quality under the 'emeis 2030' project.
