ENvue Medical, Inc. said the Nasdaq Hearings Panel denied its request for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market, and trading of its common stock will be suspended and begin on the OTC Markets under the same symbol, FEED, on September 16, 2026. The company said the Panel's decision does not affect its business operations, products, customers, or ongoing commercial activities, and that it remains focused on advancing commercialization of the ENvue Navigation System along with PainShield and UroShield. ENvue said it is evaluating all available procedures and alternatives under the Nasdaq Listing Rules, including a further appeal. Chief Executive Officer Doron Besser said the company is disappointed with the Panel's decision and is evaluating all available paths forward, while its team remains focused on customers, products and strategy execution. The company said it intends to provide additional information regarding the Nasdaq process and the trading status of its common stock as appropriate.
