ENvue Medical Inc.Secures up to $50 million equity facility to fund growth and expansion.

ENvue Medical has entered into a securities purchase agreement with an institutional investor for an equity facility of up to $50 million, subject to stockholder approval. The funding will support the expansion of its ENvue feeding tube navigation system, the development of next-generation navigation and AI technologies, and potential acquisitions. CEO Doron Besser said the company wants to expand beyond its current enteral navigation business by adding technologies, products, or businesses that can accelerate growth. The company's near-term focus is on expanding its hospital base, increasing use of its system, and growing recurring feeding tube revenue. ENvue said it plans to focus capital on opportunities it believes can support commercial and top-line growth and long-term shareholder value.
