FPUSA and its affiliates have acquired the Redbird project and will provide all equity for construction, while developer Bimergen Energy retains a minority interest. The project volume counts toward the 2 gigawatt-hour reservation and enables Eos to satisfy nearly half of its 1 gigawatt-hour master supply agreement with Bridgelink.
