As of the end of the second quarter, total assets were 6.249 billion yuan, down 4.9% from the end of the previous year, and net assets attributable to the parent company were 5.235 billion yuan, down 3.2% from the end of the previous year. The company said that due to the macroeconomic environment and industry policies, government departments' digitalization budgets have contracted, project approvals for government informatization have declined in some regions, and customer procurement models are shifting toward operational services, putting pressure on operations.
