The buy-back tranche was announced on 6 May 2026 and ran from 19 May to no later than 20 July 2026. Following these transactions, Equinor ASA owns a total of 13,259,988 own shares, representing 0.55% of its share capital, including shares under its share savings programme. Excluding those programme shares, the company holds 2,754,103 own shares, or 0.12% of the share capital.
