EVEANDBOY Public Company Limited, or EB, a beauty and health products retailer operating under the EVEANDBOY brand, filed its registration statement and prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Commission, or SEC, on September 10, 2026, for an initial public offering of newly issued ordinary shares and a listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, or SET, in the services industry group, commerce business sector. The company plans to offer no more than 170.354 million IPO shares, or 25.05% of the total issued and paid-up ordinary shares after the IPO, up from the current 509.70 million issued and paid-up ordinary shares to 680.054 million shares after the offering. The company has not yet set the offering price or the offering value. EB shares have a par value of 0.50 baht each. For its 2025 results, the company reported total revenue of 5.33927 billion baht, up from 4.42571 billion baht in 2024, and net profit of 1.21875 billion baht, up from 1.10151 billion baht a year earlier. In the first six months of 2026, total revenue was 2.76252 billion baht and net profit was 597.98 million baht. As for its expansion plan, the company will open 33 new branches in 2026 and another 35 in 2027, a total of 68 branches over the two years, from 71 stores as of June 30, 2026, offering more than 24,000 stock-keeping units, or SKUs. The company has also set a dividend policy of paying no less than 40% of net profit under its separate financial statements.
