Everus Construction Group has completed its $295 million cash acquisition of Epsilon Industries, a maker of prefabricated mechanical and electrical systems, as part of its strategy to expand in modular construction. The deal, first disclosed on July 31, closed on September 1 and follows a quarter where Everus's revenue jumped 33.7% to $1.23 billion and diluted earnings per share rose 59.2% to $1.64. Backlog reached $4.55 billion, up 41% from the end of 2025, with the electrical and mechanical segment contributing $4.16 billion of that total. Everus funded the purchase with cash and new borrowings, marking its second acquisition this year after buying SE&M Constructors in the second quarter. Management raised full-year guidance to $4.5 billion to $4.7 billion in revenue and $410 million to $425 million in EBITDA, but the financial impact of Epsilon will not be detailed until third-quarter earnings.
