Roche Holding AGRoche's atezolizumab is being used in a collaboration with Excalipoint, potentially expanding its use in DLL3-expressing tumors.

Excalipoint Therapeutics has entered a clinical collaboration with Roche to evaluate the combination of EXP011 and atezolizumab in patients with DLL3-expressing solid tumors. Roche will supply atezolizumab for the planned studies, which will initially focus on small cell lung cancer with potential extension to other tumor types such as neuroendocrine tumors. EXP011 is Excalipoint's lead tri-specific T-cell engager targeting DLL3, CD3, and 4-1BB, developed from its proprietary EXCOPIA platform. The collaboration aims to assess safety, tolerability, and preliminary anti-tumor activity of the combination therapy.
