ExlService Holdings IncEXL's own study positions it as an AI thought leader, highlighting that only 10% of companies are true AI leaders, which could drive demand for EXL's AI consulting and analytics services.

A new study from EXL finds that while 76% of companies believe they are ahead of competitors on AI, only 10% qualify as AI Leaders who have embedded AI into core workflows and are seeing significant returns. These AI Leaders report 27% revenue growth, 26% cost reduction, and 22% margin improvement in areas where AI is deployed, and they are far more likely to have completely redesigned their enterprise-wide operating models. Data infrastructure remains the top barrier to scaling AI, with 70% of respondents citing data challenges, including privacy, siloed sources, and limited model transparency. The third annual EXL U.S. Enterprise AI Study surveyed 322 C-suite and senior decision makers across banking, insurance, retail, utilities, life sciences, and healthcare.
