Arcadis has been an FCM customer for three years and travels to over 25 countries worldwide. The long-term commitment allows implementation of a strategic innovation plan beyond standard three-year cycles, with FCM providing predictive analytics, global standardisation, and integrated meetings, events, and consulting. Arcadis Director of Travel Ian Spearing said the agreement is a strategic investment in collaborative innovation and service excellence.
