FedEx Freight reported its fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2026 financial results, marking its first report as an independent company after completing its spin-off from FedEx Corp. and beginning trading on June 1, 2026. Fourth quarter revenue rose 4.8% to $2.4 billion, while operating income fell 66.9% to $158 million, or $363 million on an adjusted basis excluding spin-off costs. For the full fiscal year, revenue decreased 1.1% to $8.8 billion, with operating income down 58.6% to $616 million, or $1.1 billion adjusted. The company introduced guidance for the seven-month transition period ending December 31, 2026, forecasting revenue growth of 4% to 6% compared to $5.1 billion in the prior-year period, and adjusted operating income of $605 million to $645 million.
