FedEx reported fiscal fourth-quarter revenue of $25 billion, a 13% increase driven by strong growth in premium business-to-business services and freight volumes. Adjusted earnings per share rose 4% to $6.31, though operating margin narrowed to 8.4% from 9.1% amid tariff volatility, the MD-11 fleet grounding, and higher labor costs. The company said domestic and international package volumes grew 13% and package yield increased 11%, while its network consolidation is on track to optimize 45% of eligible U.S. and Canadian volume through 490 reorganized facilities by the end of June. FedEx also announced it will begin refunding customers in August for duties the Supreme Court ruled were unconstitutionally imposed. On a calendar-year basis, FedEx guided for 11% revenue growth in 2026 and adjusted diluted earnings per share of about $17.50 at the midpoint.
