Yingkou Fengguang New Materials Co. announced that, to improve production safety and optimize plant layout, the company has decided to begin relocating and upgrading the power distribution room and equipment cabinet room at its Yingkou plant starting September 1, 2026. The work is expected to take about one month, and the company will promptly announce the resumption date once the upgrades are completed. During the shutdown, the production capacity gap will be filled by the Yulin plant, which currently has sufficient raw material inventory, stable production lines, and full staffing. Therefore, this shutdown and upgrade will not have a material impact on the company's sales orders or operating revenue. The company also cautioned that the progress of the upgrades and acceptance inspections may be affected by force majeure such as extreme weather, and there is a risk that the resumption of production may be later than expected.
