Fidelity National Information Services IncStrategic alliance with Fuse to offer end-to-end lending platform, addressing market gap.
Fidelity National Information Services Inc. and Fuse have entered into a strategic partnership to offer indirect car and equipment lenders in the U.S. and Canada an end-to-end origination platform. The alliance connects Fuse with FIS Asset Finance and FIS AutoSuite, creating a comprehensive ecosystem covering the full lending process. FIS says the partnership aims to close a market gap by helping lenders whose current origination processes were not built for the speed and expectations of the modern industry. Separately, Truist lowered its price target on FIS from $50 to $45 on May 28 while maintaining a Hold rating, citing concerns about a possible slowdown in organic revenue growth starting in the second half of fiscal year 2026.
