FLSmidth & Co. A/S has appointed Lise Linnebjerg as its new Chief People Officer, effective 1 November 2026. She will join the Executive Leadership Team as the company prepares for its next growth journey, which includes both organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Linnebjerg joins from Vestas Wind Systems A/S, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President, People & Culture for Northern & Central Europe. Until her arrival, Prathima Adluri will continue as Interim Chief People Officer.
