Delisting from LSE due to low trading activity, costs, and regulatory obligations; shares now only on NYSE.

Flutter Entertainment has officially cancelled its London Stock Exchange listing. The company said the delisting was in the best interests of the company and shareholders, citing the level of trading activity on the LSE, additional costs, and regulatory obligations. Flutter shares are now only traded on the New York Stock Exchange. The sports betting giant is due to report second quarter earnings on August 5, with analysts expecting revenue of $4.24 billion and earnings per share of $0.55.
