Fortinet raised its full-year 2026 guidance across every major metric after second-quarter revenue climbed 26% year over year to $2.05 billion, with product revenues surging 52% and billings expanding 33%. For the full year, the cybersecurity company now expects revenues of $8.02 billion to $8.18 billion, billings of $9.35 billion to $9.55 billion, and non-GAAP earnings per share of $3.41 to $3.47, alongside a non-GAAP operating margin target of 35% to 37%. The Zacks Consensus Estimate for 2026 earnings stands at $3.40 per share, implying 23.19% year-over-year growth. Fortinet also expanded its FortiEndpoint platform with AI visibility and control, native data security, endpoint risk scoring and FortiAI-assisted operations, and in September 2026 moved to acquire Virtue AI, an innovator in AI runtime protection and automated AI validation.
