Franco-Nevada CorporationFranco-Nevada commits A$200M follow-on financing (royalty acquisition + equity subscription) for Bullabulling, funded from its $1.0B cash.

Franco-Nevada Corporation has agreed to a A$200 million follow-on financing package with Minerals 260 Limited for the Bullabulling Gold Project in Western Australia. The package comprises a A$170 million gross royalty acquisition, roughly $122 million, that lifts Franco-Nevada's Australian subsidiary's gross royalty on Bullabulling from 2.45% to 3.90%, plus a A$30 million subscription, about $22 million, for Minerals 260 ordinary shares as a lead order in a future equity raise. The new A$200 million package brings Franco-Nevada's total support for Minerals 260's development of Bullabulling to an aggregate A$420 million, approximately $300 million, following the A$220 million financing package provided in February 2026. Franco-Nevada intends to fund the transactions from cash on hand, having reported $1.0B in cash and $4.3B in available capital as at June 30, 2026. Minerals 260 Managing Director Luke McFadyen said the additional funding materially strengthens the balance sheet and the path to a final investment decision in early 2027, with first gold production potentially as soon as H2 2028.
