Freightos reported record second-quarter revenue of $7.7 million, up 3% year over year, and announced the appointment of Yaron Eldad as its new Chief Financial Officer effective September 1. Platform revenue grew 19% to $2.9 million, while Solutions revenue declined 4% to $4.8 million, reflecting execution gaps the company says it is addressing. Adjusted EBITDA loss improved to a record low negative $2 million, and the company ended the quarter with $21.4 million in cash and short-term deposits. Freightos expects to cross adjusted EBITDA breakeven during the fourth quarter and become cash generative by mid-2027. The company also raised its full-year transaction growth guidance to 12% to 14% and gross booking value growth to 19% to 21%.
