Fresenius Medical Care has appointed Cassie McLean as a member of its Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Care Delivery operating segment, effective August 1, 2026. She succeeds Craig Cordola in the role, which has been reshaped to create more direct accountability for operational execution and business performance. McLean joined the company in August 2025 as President of Fresenius Kidney Care and will now assume direct accountability for the global clinic business, including Fresenius Kidney Care in the U.S. and Care Delivery International. Chairman Michael Sen cited her deep dialysis expertise and strong leadership, while CEO Helen Giza noted her rapid improvements in operational visibility and talent strengthening in the U.S. clinic business. McLean previously served as CEO of Monte Nido and spent nearly 16 years at DaVita Kidney Care.
