Ganfeng Lithium has received a Decision Not to Prosecute delivered by the People's Procuratorate of Yichun City, Jiangxi Province, deciding not to prosecute the company. The company was previously subject to administrative penalties for insider trading in July 2024, and has paid all fines and completed rectification. On December 29, 2025, the company was referred by the Yichun Public Security Bureau to the procuratorial authorities for review and prosecution on suspicion of corporate insider trading. In the first quarter of 2026, Ganfeng Lithium achieved revenue of 9.196 billion yuan and net profit attributable to the parent company of 1.837 billion yuan.
